This cuvée of Lemberger, Cabernert Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa and Dornfelder was in wooden barrels for about 18 months. For the full aroma, it should be decanted in a carafe before drinking. It captivates with its deep dark red colour and unfolds spicy toasty aromas with a hint of forest fruits without being overpowered by the subtle wood note.
Quality is produced in the vineyard. The Braun winery in Meckenheim follows this principle with meticulous discipline and a lot of feeling. We care for the environment and look after our vines down to the last detail. Only healthy and high-quality grapes can be processed into the best wines in the wine cellar. In winemaking, on the other hand, our claim is ‘less is more’. We only do what is necessary to preserve as much as possible of what has been created in the vineyard in cooperation with nature over the past 12 months.
