The winery Gruber only presses wine from their own vineyards. The vines age on sunny slopes on Gipskeuper in the protected climate of the Weinsberg valley. With great care Markus Gruber cultivates the ecological system vineyard with its great biodiversity, always conscious of our responsibility for coming generations. Moderate cut, a reduced use of crop protection and a minimum of fertilization are standard production factors for us.
