The grain for the whiskey ripens on the sunny side of Lake Constance and is planted with love itself. In our family-run distillery, the traditional compositions – Lake Constance water, barley malt and yeast are distilled with passion.
At rest, our Lake Constance whisky is first stored in barrels made of American white oak. After some time it rests in selected bourbon barrels. The final rounding of this fine drop finally receives in small sherry wood barrels. Here it now acquires its quintessential honey and vanilla aromas and takes on its beautiful color.
