Great comeback of our Prestige Rosé of Reichsrat von Buhl – Traditional bottle fermentation with 68 months of yeast contact. For this impressive Prestige Rosé we use only the very best and selectively handpicked pinot noir grapes, all of which come from estate vineyards. During the last few years we at Reichsrat von Buhl have created our own style in the sparkling wine range and we were able to achieve an inspiring level of quality that sets new standards. Our Prestige sparkling wines are the qualitative peak of this endeavour. In the future it remains our request to constantly improve and develop this niveau. Look forward to the enjoyment of this -late release-Prestige sparkling wine at the highest level and in organic quality. Partially fermented and aged in stainless steel, partially in 500 litre tonneaux (french oak). Theres is no fining at any time and we work with tiny amounts of sulphur.
Red berries, rosebuds and brioche in the nose. Creamy texture with fresh acidity and a long lasting finish. Will develop impressively in the next ten years.
