Selective hand-picking of our best Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grapes, the fermentation of the basic wine in 500l tonneaux and stainless steel as well as the traditional bottle fermentation for almost 80 months of yeast contact have created a sparkling wine for unique moments. As with our Rosé Prestige, no fining and only minimally sulfured then disgorged without dosage – „von Buhl‘sches brut“! at the highest level.
SPARKLING WINE
The long yeast contact shows the typical brioche note and fine toasted aromas, the delicate almond notes are typical of the variety. Fruity citrus aromas, hints of honeydew melon and a touch of elderflower. On the palate very fine and elegant, delicate, creamy texture with fresh acidity and long lasting finish. This sparkling wine will develop greatly over the next 10 years, give it a little more time – in the cellar or in the glass.
