Olive sea salt with own label

To intensify the taste of sun-ripened green olives in our sea salt, we first dry them at a low temperature in the oven.
Only when they have lost their moisture, the olives are ground and mixed with the coarse sea salt. A wonderful mixture that goes well with many dishes, or simply with our olive oil on crusty bread.
