Our pickled beetroot, an absolute classic. This type of beetroot has been enriching the diet since the 17th century. The high content of vitamin B, potassium, iron and especially the high folic acid content make this vegetable very valuable. Our beetroot is processed fresh and pickled in a sweet and sour mixture of wine vinegar and herbs such as fennel seed, rosemary and thyme.
