Fullness and elegance personified – our 2018 Riesling 2punkt0. This is not a Riesling as it is written in the book, but one about which stories have yet to be written. All very ripe grapes come from the best parcels in Meckenheimer Spielberg and Ellerstadter Kirchenstück, are vinified separately and left on the yeast for at least 12 weeks. The typical freshness and effervescence are not the focus here, it is mainly about elegance and a lot of body on the palate. The stuff that stories are made of.
